Goldfield Cayman fully appreciates its obligation to the detection and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
Goldfield Cayman will proceed with each new business relationship in full compliance with the CIMA regulations, the relevant guidance notes, along with due diligence procedures and internal controls set out by Goldfield Cayman’s managers. The following due diligence materials will be required by all potential clients subject only to Goldfield Cayman being provided with a letter from a qualified introducer.

Goldfield Cayman Application Form;

Notarized copies of Passport;

Current bank reference, which reflects a satisfactory relationship of at least two (2) years;

Address confirmation (eg) copy recent utility bill

Professional Reference Letter from an attorney or accountant

Written statement describing
(a) purpose of company
(b) source of funds used to fund the company
(c) brief C.V. for applicant and beneficial owner.
The above materials are required for the applicant and the beneficial owner. If there is more than one beneficial owner, each must provide the required materials.
